H2K is a specialized consulting firm located in Sarasota, FL. We help our customers modernize their businesses across digital acceleration, sales organization modernization, and 365 customer journey experience and architecture.


H2K Partners is located in Sarasota, FL. We have a beautiful new office in downtown Sarasota which we are currently building out to include a small gym, a state-of-the-art AV room for podcasting, video streaming, and more. We are a creative business, as are our customers. Therefore, we are seeking a highly qualified candidate who will be physically present in the office 5 days a week. Our CRO just relocated to Sarasota from NYC, and our goal is to build our team in the local area.

The Role

The primary objective of the Marketing Manager is to support H2K Partners’ marketing efforts and provide client support as needed. 60% of your time will be spent working on H2K and 40% providing client support as needed. As we grow the organization, this mix between customer-facing and H2K-facing interaction will shift more towards H2K. This role will also be responsible for helping grow the marketing department. You will manage our marketing specialist role and hire to fill new roles as we grow.

As part of a small, agile team that works with multiple clients at a time, the Marketing Manager will gain tremendous experience across several different areas of the business, using various tools and platforms. They will be working on a variety of projects at the same time; organization, the ability to multitask, and time management are all key to success in this role.

  • Be the primary point of contact and project manager in areas of event management, audience, and sales marketing
  • Build marketing project plans and identify resources required
  • Create email campaigns, social media posts, and other marketing to drive audience acquisition and retention
  • Manage registration systems, virtual event platforms, and Zoom webinars when needed
  • Track and report against agreed-upon marketing metrics and KPIs
  • Develop business development sequences that map to overarching marketing plans


  • Create comprehensive marketing plans to hit quarterly KPIs
  • Ideate and create content for H2K’s social channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram) and blog
  • Monitor and report on the performance of social and blog content
  • Create graphics/imagery for H2K social media channels, website, blog, and pitch decks
  • Own direction of the H2K website, using best practices for SEO
  • Oversee activities to help strengthen H2K’s social media presence
  • Drive all marketing efforts, including social media strategy, website design, and service line promotion
  • Oversee sponsorship and speaking engagements in industry-related events in NA and EU
  • Create marketing plans for H2K activations, events, and product launches
  • Develop and manage H2K training documents and pacing lists
  • Manage outsourced vendors, including designers, copy editors
  • Manage hiring and onboarding for marketing-related roles
  • Manage marketing coordinators/interns

Technology Competencies

The Marketing Manager will execute their responsibilities using various tools and platforms. The candidate must be proficient with all of the tools listed below in order to execute successfully:

  • Hubspot Certification across Marketing, Sales, and CMS hubs
  • G-Suite includes an emphasis on building reports using Google Sheets and presentations using Google Slides
  • Google Analytics Certification
  • Canva
  • Hootsuite

Required Background

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 4+ years experience in digital marketing, event marketing, project management
